A hot stone massage for the back, neck, shoulders and backs of legs combines the benefits of heat therapy with traditional massage techniques. The massage uses smooth, heated basalt stones placed on the body and used by the therapist to massage the muscles, promoting deep relaxation, easing tension, and improving circulation by penetrating heat into tight muscles, making it more effective than hand massage alone for deep relief.

Bamboo massage uses warm bamboo sticks of varying lengths and diameters as tools to perform the massage. The therapist rolls, kneads and applies pressure using these bamboo sticks, which can help reach deeper into the muscle, releasing tension and relaxing the whole person. This combination of bamboo and hot stone works very well.

Indian head massage focuses on the scalp, neck, shoulders, and the upper back, prompting relaxation and we-being. You are seated when you receive this massage, and would be good if a t-shirt is worn.

​A facial for your back. Cleanse, scrub, massage, earthy mud mask applied, while this is on, a leg massage for 10 minutes. Removal of mask, with hot towels, moisturisers applied. This treatment is great if you are going on holiday, you are going to be a bride or bridesmaid, or you are unhappy with the look of your back and want it to feel fresh and glowing.
