Indian head massage  is a type of massage which is performed on someone who is in a seated position.  The client is fully dressed and preferably wearing a t-shirt or a long sleeved cotton top.  The massage consists of friction massage, shoulder squeezes, neck and scalp massage techniques.

This massage is great for someone who is looking for a quick de-stress.  The massage can get deep into the shoulder and neck for releasing a lot of tension.

I use a coconut conditioner treatment for the scalp and a calming massage oil for the neck area.
